By the measures taken so far and the ones that will be taken in the future, we promise that within The City Hall of Hunedoara the public services will meet the European standards so that the interested parties, namely the citizens of Hunedoara city, organizations and NGOs, legal persons, partners in the country and abroad should feel the implementation of quality standards.
On a consequence, we have decided that within the City Hall of Hunedoara a system of quality management according to the requirements of the standard SR EN ISO 9001/2001 will be designed, implemented and maintained.
Strategic objectives set by the field of quality are:
- Orientation to the citizens and the local community The services that we achieve within the City Hall of Hunedoara must ensure the accomplishment of the requirements and expectations of the citizens, and follow all the legal provisions and regulations applicable.
In order to achieve this objective, the requirements, needs and expectations of citizens and local community, whether expressed or not, are analyzed and anticipated whenever possible. This is our main concern in all the activities that we carry on.
- The efficiency and effectiveness of our internal processes The processes and activities carried out within the City Hall of Hunedoara must be conducted in accordance with the requirements specified in legal regulations (laws, ordinances, decisions and measures) and also in the documents of the quality management System (Quality Handbook, general and specific procedures). Solving the requirements must ensure the achievement of the objectives of the process through efficient use of financial and human resources available.
- The involvement and awareness of the staff of the City Hall of Hunedoara The staff carrying out activities affecting the quality of services provided within the City Hall of Hunedoara must be aware of the importance, role and implications of the activities carried out to reach the targets set and the overall performance of the City Hall of Hunedoara.
Also, the leadership is aware of the fact that within the City Hall good results can be obtained only through an active involvement of all civil servants working in the City Hall, and therefore, make every effort to ensure an adequate competence, training and motivation of the staff.
- Continuous improving of the quality management System and of the overall City Hall Through continuous monitoring of the processes and services produced, and by evaluating and analyzing the results obtained, are identified the causes that generate offense and non-conformity to the requirements specified or which may lead to not achieving the objectives. The actions and measures initiated for their elimination have the aim to continuously improve the performance of the services and processes, and also of the quality management System implemented within the City Hall of Hunedoara.
The general and specific procedures mentioned in the Quality Handbook have the aim to establish the rules by which policy is implemented.
The role of putting these rules into practice belongs to each division director, chief service, office, compartment. They have the responsibility to establish specific tasks for each job, through which, strategic objectives on quality management will be realized.
By this statement I promise to maintain and improve the system of quality management SR EN ISO 9001/2001 within the City Hall of Hunedoara and assure all the necessary resources for the achievement of this strategic objective of continuous improvement in public administration services.
